What is your returns policy? You have 30 days from the time you received your item to contact the Accounts Manager. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense. You can use the chat bubble or contact us page to request a refund.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?: For US orders, your item/s will arrive within about a week (generally 7-10 days). Orders containing multiple items may arrive separately. Jewelry and keepsakes are assembled and shipped in the USA. (Occasionally, due to high demand, an item may be shipped from our sister company located outside of the USA.) What if I like a t-shirt design but I would like it on a different style shirt or different item? Great! If you would like a design on a different item than what is showing, you can use the chat bubble or the contact us page to request the Accounts Manager make those arrangements.
